SHRM is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
