Responsibilities

Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Poly. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in AI or a closely related field, with experience working within the IC and across IC components.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or closely related field
  • 5+ years post-graduate technical expertise in AI or closely related field
  • 5+ years of proven work within the IC and working across IC components – especially NSA, Cybercom, Dept of Commerce, and Dept of War
  • In-depth technical knowledge of one or more areas including: application of frontier models, economics of applications of frontier models, adversary frontier AI models (esp. Open Source), experience or expertise in AI research laboratories, Emerging AI model types and domains, Adversarial- or Counter-AI, and other areas of research in the frontier AI domain
  • Full Clearance Desired
  • 4+ years of commercial experience in or with frontier AI research labs
  • 3+ years project management experience and proficiency in project management and/or Systems Engineering principles relevant to Government research and development programs
  • Experience supporting S&T and Ops (contactor or staff)
  • 3+ years of experience in systems integration for research and development prototyping
