About the role

We are seeking AI consultants, Heads of AI, and product or growth leaders driving AI initiatives to coach professionals and business leaders on how to adopt and scale AI within organizations. Coaches help mentees understand how to identify high-impact use cases, develop AI strategies, and lead successful AI transformations across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Help mentees understand how to identify high-impact use cases for AI
• Develop AI strategies for organizations
• Lead successful AI transformations across teams and functions
• Translate AI strategy, implementation, or transformation experiences into clear, actionable guidance
• Set your own hours and rates
• Host sessions virtually
• Partner with Leland's team to deliver practical, high-impact coaching

Requirements

• Experience leading AI strategy, implementation, or transformation efforts within companies or through advisory roles
• Can translate that experience into clear, actionable guidance

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI principles and technologies
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in organizations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
