About the role
As the AI Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving Frontline's AI strategy, implementation, and operational transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement AI solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, scalability, and business performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and operationalization of generative AI, agentic AI, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives across the organization, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Partner with leaders across departments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities that improve efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and decision-making.
- Work closely with operations, sales, customer success, marketing, product, finance, and leadership teams to understand business challenges and develop practical AI-driven solutions.
- Drive successful adoption of AI tools and workflows through training, enablement, communication, and ongoing support, ensuring teams realize measurable value from AI investments.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend AI-powered improvements that streamline operations, eliminate manual work, and increase organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the evaluation, configuration, deployment, and optimization of AI platforms, tools, agents, and automations that support business objectives.
- Establish success metrics and continuously monitor AI initiatives to ensure adoption, effectiveness, and ROI while identifying opportunities for further improvement.
- Partner with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with long-term business objectives and operational priorities.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with AI technology vendors and consultants, ensuring solutions align with Frontline's goals and deliver business value.
- Develop scalable frameworks, processes, and best practices for responsible and effective AI usage across the organization.
Requirements
- Must-have: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience leading business transformation, operations, technology implementation, AI initiatives, or process improvement programs, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
- AI Implementation Experience: Demonstrated experience personally leading or implementing AI, automation, generative AI, or workflow optimization initiatives within an organization.
- Startup Experience Preferred: Experience working in a high-growth startup environment where adaptability, rapid problem-solving, and operational ownership are critical.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Advanced degrees or AI-related certifications are a plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, workflow automation, and emerging AI tools. Hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing AI platforms and business workflows to improve organizational performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership Potential: Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, drive organizational change, and build alignment across teams.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
