Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Ability to travel 20% on average based on work needs and client locations
- Ability to work onsite in Washington DC 3 days a week
- 3+ years' professional experience with Artificial Intelligence
- Preferred: Change and Communications management, Artificial Intelligence, Prior consulting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Skills
- Strong AI literacy skills
- Experience using Generative AI tools responsibly
- Experience with AI and data governance
- Product strategy experience
- Effective communication with executive-level clients
- Project management experience to run scrum meetings leveraging Jira
- Core consulting skills (managing up, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Supports requirements gathering to inform new tech features and updates
- Critical and strategic thinking to translate AI concepts into customer-facing actionable guidance
- Highly detail-oriented
- Entrepreneurial mindset to continuously improve content, delivery, and overall learner experience
