AI Strategist (ATL)

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in a strategist or consulting role, with deep expertise in AI, ethics, and change management. This role requires hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions in highly-regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute business development activities, including client pitches and developing plans and estimates.
• Identify business outcomes and delegate work to the team to achieve these outcomes.
• Communicate the value of our work to clients through clear value propositions and stories.
• Partner with senior clients to identify high-value AI opportunities and build strategic roadmaps for AI adoption.
• Lead and mentor teams to deliver measurable results and frame AI work around testable hypotheses tied to real business outcomes.
• Mentor internal teams on AI-related engagements, participate in business development, and help mature the firm's AI solution offerings.
• Translate complexity for business stakeholders, interpreting model outputs, new data realities, and AI limitations.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in strategist or consulting roles.
• Deep expertise in AI, ethical AI principles, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions in highly-regulated industries.
• Experience driving adoption of AI solutions in the enterprise.
• AI governance certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas simply and credibly.
• Ability to create executive-level presentations.
• Experience in change management processes.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning.
