Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML practitioners and executives to drive adoption
- Conduct discovery with customers to understand goals and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer needs and ensure smooth implementation
- Run workshops and training sessions during customer onboarding
- Demonstrate account value and identify expansion opportunities during business reviews
- Proactively develop growth opportunities by analyzing customer usage
- Own the full expansion and renewal sales cycle for your book of business
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
- Proven track record of driving expansion and upsell revenue in SMB and Mid-Market accounts
- Self-starter with a customer-first mindset, thriving in limited process environments
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple customer relationships effectively
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and articulation of value
- Pioneered ability to demo technical products and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Team player who values collaboration and success
