RemoteRemoteBusiness DevelopmentFull-time

At Neovance, we're transforming the patient experience by driving better outcomes through compassion, innovation, and operational excellence. With more than 30 years of experience partnering with the biopharmaceutical industry, we deliver agile, technology-enabled patient access solutions that help people start and stay on therapy. Our expertise spans HUB services, patient assistance programs, field reimbursement, nursing, and non-commercial pharmacy — each designed to remove barriers to care and ensure patients receive the therapies they need, when they need them. Guided by our values of Agility, Integrity, Tenacity, Unity, and Quality, we work as one Neovance team to optimize access, enhance adherence, and make a meaningful impact — one patient at a time.

About the role

The tools our teams use every day are built in-house — by a small, fast-moving Business Excellence team that operates like a product company inside a patient access organization. As an AI Solutions Engineer, you'll be a core part of that team. This isn't a traditional software engineering role. You won't be handed a ticket and asked to write code. You'll find the problem, define what needs to be built, direct AI-assisted development tools to build it, and own the result in production. If you're someone who sees a broken workflow and can't help but fix it — and you're genuinely excited about what AI-augmented development makes possible right now — this role was built for you.

What matters here: judgment, curiosity, and ownership. Deep programming experience is not required. The ability to learn fast, build smart, and make AI your default tool is.

How We Work

We operate as an AI-first product team. Every team member acts as the product owner of the solutions they build — from problem discovery through production. You find the problem, define the requirements, direct AI-assisted development, validate with the people who will use it, and own what ships. We move fast, iterate often, and measure whether what we built actually worked.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Delivery: Design, build, and maintain solutions to real operational problems — web applications, dashboards, reports, automations, and data products. Use AI-assisted development tools as your primary build method, applying human judgment to requirements, quality, and fit.
  • Product Ownership: Own solutions end to end: problem discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, user acceptance testing, release, and ongoing iteration. Partner with operational stakeholders throughout the build to ensure what ships actually solves the problem — not just what was asked for.
  • Data & Analytics: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting (Power BI and modern web-based visualization) that surface key performance indicators and operational metrics. Query, analyze, and model data across the enterprise data platform to answer operational and strategic questions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone workflows and eliminate them through automation. Apply continuous improvement discipline: measure the current state, change it, and prove the change worked.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with operations, clinical, IT, and leadership teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Handle data responsibly within a HIPAA-regulated environment, maintaining accuracy, integrity, and security in everything you deliver. Document solutions so they can be understood, supported, and audited.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, product management, process improvement, or a related field.
  • A product mindset: the ability to translate business problems into requirements, iterate with users, and own outcomes rather than tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in data — experience with SQL, Excel, or Power BI is helpful.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools and a genuine appetite to build with them every day. Expertise isn't expected on day one — curiosity, speed of learning, and willingness to make AI-augmented work your default mode are.
  • A track record of quickly mastering new tools and technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data or patient services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
