About the Role
We're running an ambitious rollout of AI company-wide. The AI Solutions Lead will be the hub for AI adoption across the company, responsible for designing, building, implementing, and training everyone on AI systems. Your work will touch all departments and business processes, spanning internal systems, infrastructure, and the Chamber product. You will report to the Director of Digital Platforms & Software and collaborate with the Software and Digital Platform team to implement the technical direction, systems, tools, integrations, and security for AI. While deeply technical, this role equally values your ability to understand the business, its processes, and its people.
Responsibilities
- AI Implementation: Design, build, and maintain all AI systems across the company, including internal marketing, sales, finance, operations, engineering workflows, and the Chamber product.
- AI Adoption: Educate, train, support, and uplift everyone in the company with AI adoption through office hours, tutorials, resources, and solution sourcing.
- AI Infrastructure: Architect and operate scalable infrastructure to enable secure and productive AI use for both technical and non-technical teams.
- AI Systems & Agents: Design, build, and maintain AI systems and agents in collaboration with departments, including off-the-shelf systems (e.g., Claude, Viktor, Cursor) and custom-built agents, skills, plugins, and tools.
- AI Security: Create, maintain, and enforce data, privacy, and security policies across all AI systems and agents, including role-based permissions.
- Other Projects: Assist in building internal systems such as automations and micro-apps.
Requirements
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with technical work; organized and methodical in prioritization.
- Adaptability: Thrives in diverse teams and technical environments; comfortable context-switching between stacks and problem domains.
- System Thinking: Ability to understand how systems and processes work across the business and design solutions that improve them.
- Technical: Demonstrated ability to work with multiple programming languages (Python, TypeScript, etc.).
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of our customers, revenue model, and how technical decisions impact outcomes.
Qualifications
- 4.5+ years of experience working on software projects.
- 3+ years of experience designing and building AI solutions.
- Previous experience building apps, automations, and websites.
- Previous experience working in a startup or early-stage, fast-growing company.
Technical Knowledge
- Proficiency with at least one modern programming language (TypeScript, Python, or similar).
- Strong software development fundamentals (Git, GitHub, etc.).
- Experience building AI systems and agents using Anthropic SDK, open-source frameworks, or equivalent.
- Experience with multi-agent architectures, knowledge graphs, and shared memory.
- Strong database knowledge (vector databases, PostgreSQL, or similar).
- Proficiency with modern development tools.
- Experience with Figma for design.
