Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents, APIs, and applications on the company’s internal platform, overseeing the full lifecycle
- Translate messy business requirements into functional production systems with integrations like Workday and Notion
- Ensure AI systems are compliant with existing security and data governance protocols while navigating complex constraints
- Design and develop reliability infrastructure for multi-model LLM services, implementing quality control measures
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to clarify problems and offer impactful technical solutions
- Contribute to team codebases and infrastructure, ensuring rapid development and deployment cycles
- Diagnose and fix production issues for the systems you create, embodying ownership of your work
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, focused on building and maintaining production applications
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, including databases, APIs, and deployment pipelines
- Hands-on expertise with Python and proficiency in version control systems like Git/GitHub
- Proven track record of creating solutions in undefined problem spaces, demonstrating a builder disposition
