About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable AI-driven solutions across Lighthouse Electric. This role is responsible for moving the organization beyond isolated use cases and into secure, reliable, production-ready solutions that improve profitability, operational efficiency, and decision-making. You will partner closely with leadership and stakeholders across the business to identify high-value opportunities, design practical solutions, and ensure investments deliver measurable business outcomes. This is not a theoretical architecture role. It is focused on practical application, ownership, and delivering real results that reduce manual work, improve process consistency, and support the company’s growth and margin goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable AI and technology solutions aligned to business needs
- Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and define high-value opportunities across the organization
- Translate business challenges into clear technical architectures, solution designs, and implementation plans
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, reliable, and aligned with security and governance standards
- Drive consistency in how AI and automation solutions are designed, deployed, and supported
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and external partners to execute and deliver solutions end-to-end
- Establish best practices for system design, data usage, integration, and architecture patterns
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend practical applications that align with company goals
- Monitor solution performance and continuously improve outcomes based on measurable results
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the broader Technology team
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions, including architecture, integration, and data flow design
- Experience working across business functions and translating operational needs into technical solutions
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ownership of solutions from concept through delivery and continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, results-driven outcomes
- Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven solutions in a business environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Power Platform, and Copilot capabilities
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, project management, or operational platforms
- Background in construction, field operations, or project-based businesses
- Experience establishing governance, standards, and architecture frameworks
