About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define best practices for AI reference architecture and secure solution patterns
• Evaluate and recommend enterprise AI technologies and build implementations
• Set enterprise standards for AI stack engineering processes
• Integrate AI coding agents and automatic testing in development lifecycle
• Translate business problems into viable architecture with AI Pods
• Embed governance and security processes into AI solutions
• Mentor teams and provide technical workshops
• Build reusable assets for the AI Center of Excellence including templates and playbooks

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in enterprise software, solution architecture or cloud platform leadership
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or automation solutions
• Proven embedding of AI tooling into engineering workflows
• Strong design background in cloud-native and API-first architectures
• Ability to influence architectural decisions across multiple teams
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong engineering mindset and commitment to responsible AI

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
