AI Solutions Architect

Why This Role Exists

The AI Solutions Architect plays a critical role in ensuring that a signed enterprise contract translates into ongoing business success. They embed with new customers, tailor our platform to fit their unique needs, and drive adoption and expansion of our solutions.

What You'll Own

• Land the deployment: Quickly stand up the first production agent workflows on NinjaTech's platform within weeks, not months.
• Build custom solutions: Integrate our platform with the customer's real systems and build bespoke automations, prompts, tools, and guardrails.
• Be the technical face: Conduct working sessions with various stakeholders, including frontline operators, CISOs, and CTOs, translating their vision into technical architectures.
• Drive adoption and expansion: Monitor usage, identify high-value workflows, and transition a single deployment into a broader organizational rollout.
• Close the loop to Product: Provide feedback to core engineering, feed insights into product development, and contribute to faster future deployments.

What We Require

• Engineering background: Proficient in Python and at least one of TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Go; comfortable with data plumbing, APIs, and front-end development.
• Genuine curiosity about agentic AI and LLM systems: Understanding of prompt/tool design, evaluation, orchestration, and guardrails.
• Data fluency: Ability to handle messy, large-scale, real-world data and reason about storage, pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Executive presence and operator empathy: Capacity to engage with executives and frontline users, understanding their workflows and translating technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Bias to ship: Ability to move quickly, iterate based on user feedback, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel: Up to 25% travel to customer sites and occasional onsite presence in the Bay Area.

• Experience integrating into regulated or security-sensitive enterprise environments.
• Forward-deployed or solutions-engineering experience at an enterprise-software or infra company.
• A track record of expanding initial deployments into broader customer footprints.
