AI Solutions Engineer

We're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working directly with internal stakeholders to transform workflows into production AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders and the broader AI team to move from requirements to implementation
• Build and iterate AI-enabled workflows from first pass to production through integration, edge-case handling, testing, hardening, rollout, and adoption support
• Handle integrations, edge cases, stakeholder feedback, and production issues without losing momentum
• Ensure AI-generated code and workflows are useful, maintainable, and safe to operate
• Contribute reusable components, patterns, and workflow solutions back to the broader internal AI platform
• Optimize for useful outcomes, adoption, and long-term maintainability rather than narrow ownership

Requirements

• Based in the United States
• Willing to work on-site in Austin, TX
