AI Solution Engineer

Position Summary

The AI Solution Engineer designs and delivers AI-powered solutions that address specific business needs and operational challenges. This role works closely with business stakeholders, architects, and enablement teams to translate use cases into production-ready AI capabilities using approved enterprise platforms and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions aligned to business requirements
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
• Implement AI features using approved platforms, tools, and architectural patterns
• Collaborate with governance and architecture teams to ensure compliance and consistency
• Support proofs of concept, pilots, and production deployments
• Measure solution effectiveness and iterate based on outcomes and feedback

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in application development or solution engineering
• Experience integrating AI or automation capabilities into business applications
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Understanding of secure, scalable software development practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering LLM-based solutions, copilots, or intelligent automation
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks and control planes
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise system integration
• Prior experience delivering AI solutions in an enterprise environment
• Background in manufacturing, operations, or supply-chain-related use cases
