• Define end-to-end solution architecture for Brand Agent, AI Inventory Agent, MIM Agent, and AI Intake Agent.
• Design conversational experiences, agent personas, workflow orchestration, and knowledge-grounding strategies.

Identify and Evaluate Data Sources

• Identify and evaluate enterprise data sources, knowledge repositories, APIs, and integration requirements.

Develop Design Documents

• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Solution Design documents aligned with business objectives and governance standards.

Implement Microsoft Technologies

• Arcitect and oversee the implementation of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Define integration architecture with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Service Management tools, and enterprise applications.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
