AI Solution Architect

What You’ll Do

• Client discovery & strategy: Run workshops to identify high-value use cases, map workflows, define success metrics, and build an AI roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Solution architecture: Design end-to-end AI architectures spanning GenAI, agentic workflows, RAG, data/analytics, automation, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Build & integrate: Deliver AI Agents and AI Chatbots, and integrate them into enterprise systems (e.g., CRM/ERP, ITSM, data platforms, collaboration tools) via APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Implementation leadership: Guide technical delivery—from prototyping to production—ensuring reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Governance & risk: Help clients implement AI governance, privacy/security controls, evaluation/testing, and responsible AI practices.
• Enablement & change: Train stakeholders, create playbooks, and support adoption so solutions stick and scale.

What You Bring

• 7+ years in solution architecture, AI engineering, data platforms, or automation (consulting experience a plus).
• Proven delivery of AI Agents, AI Chatbots, and AI integrations in real business environments.
• Strong understanding of LLM application patterns (prompting, tools/function calling, RAG, guardrails, evals, monitoring).
• Experience with cloud and modern data stacks (Azure/AWS/GCP) and API-based integration design.
• Excellent stakeholder communication—able to translate technical options into clear business tradeoffs and outcomes.
• Comfort operating across strategy and execution (whiteboard → prototype → production).
