Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal AI product management and development teams to enhance AI systems
• Streamline AI systems, contributing to significant improvements in efficiency and capability
• Design and implement advanced AI agentic solutions from conceptual business and technical requirements
• Develop comprehensive technical specifications, detailed designs, and essential architecture artifacts
• Translate complex business problems into clear, logical tasks for effective AI solution development
• Analyse existing codebases to understand implementation intricacies and identify areas for optimisation

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI development, including Agentic AI and Azure OpenAI
• Expertise with Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Proficiency in .Net (C#, VB.Net), HTML, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with advanced automation tools such as OCR, IDP, and AI/ML technologies
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Prior experience managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
