AI Solution Architect

About the role

EisnerAmper is seeking multiple AI Solution Architects who will serve as lead developers on the EisnerAI Platform, designing and implementing the technical architecture that powers EisnerAmper's intelligent solutions across tax, audit, outsourcing, and advisory services. This role is essential to delivering the comprehensive AI platform that will transform how we serve clients and enable our vision of becoming the industry-leading AI-powered professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless integration across the platform's Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents, and Application layers
• Drive model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents
• Lead technical development of the EisnerAI Agent Workforce such as TaxPrepBot, ComplianceRiskBot, DocIntake, and M&A Targeting Bot
• Design agentic frameworks supporting initiation, execution, state management, logging, and error handling
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
• 6+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in an AI/ML architecture role
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solutions
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available now or in the future)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services ecosystem
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning (MLOps, model deployment, lifecycle management)
• Proficiency with Azure OpenAI Service (GPT models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
• Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services (Document Intelligence, Language Understanding, Computer Vision)
• Experience with Azure AI Search (vector search, semantic search, knowledge mining)
• Skills in Azure Databricks (data engineering and ML model development)
• Programming languages: Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL
• AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers
• Vector databases: Azure Cosmos DB, Pinecone, or Weaviate
• DevOps & MLOps tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
