Responsibilities
- Build and optimize outbound workflows using AI and automation tools
- Reduce manual work across SDR and AE functions
- Own targeting and data quality
- Improve how we identify and prioritize ideal customers
- Build better prospecting systems and lists
- Increase pipeline output
- Improve response rates, meeting conversion, and pipeline efficiency
- Identify gaps in the funnel and fix them
- Run experiments that drive growth
- Test messaging, tools, and automation strategies
- Quickly implement what works
- Bring new ideas to the table
- Introduce tools and workflows we’re not currently using
- Help us stay ahead in how we apply AI to sales
Requirements
- You’ve spent time in sales, ops, growth, or a similar environment and understand how revenue teams work
- You’ve used AI or automation tools to actually build something or improve a workflow
- You’re naturally curious and spend time exploring new tools, prompts, or systems
- You’re comfortable working across different tools, data, and processes
- You take ownership and like solving problems without needing step-by-step direction
