AI & Robotics Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Aid in the installation and configuration of AI and robotics systems
• Provide hands-on training to staff and end-users on system functionalities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems operation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate system enhancements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for training purposes
• Maintain operational performance and report on system metrics
• Support the integration of new technologies into existing workflows
