Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes related to the Reverse Management System (RMS), including returns, repairs, refurbishment, and disposal, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions that enhance RMS capabilities
- Work closely with IT developer and data teams to design, build, and optimize RMS features, integrating AI and analytics where applicable to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor RMS performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to streamline reverse logistics operations
- Stay informed on industry trends in reverse logistics, RMS platforms, and AI technologies to recommend innovative solutions and system enhancements
- Support RMS implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Design and implement AI models to optimize reverse logistics operations and reduce costs
- Analyze reverse logistics processes and identify areas for improvement using data and AI-driven solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, logistics, or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of reverse logistics processes, including returns, repairs, refurbishment, and disposal
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience as an RMS Business Analyst or in reverse logistics operations
Preferred Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Java, or C#
- Experience with RMS platforms and reverse logistics software
