Responsibilities

• Design and develop new AI models and systems
• Conduct research on AI safety and alignment
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate AI solutions into products
• Write and review technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to open-source projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about building safe and beneficial AI
• Experience with natural language processing and/or computer vision
• Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI development

Skills

• Python programming
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Understanding of reinforcement learning
• Experience with Git and version control
