AI Red Teaming Generalist (Southlake)

About the role

HireArt is partnering with a leading AI development company to find AI Red Teaming Generalists. These professionals will test AI models and applications to ensure they produce safe, accurate, and responsible content.

Responsibilities

• Create original prompts to explore model and application behavior in complex or sensitive scenarios.
• Evaluate model and application outputs for accuracy, safety, and quality across various formats (text, image, video, audio).
• Identify and document factual errors, misleading claims, and unsafe outputs with clear, concise rationales.
• Communicate findings professionally and with appropriate detail to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet project quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent writing experience.
• Excellent command of English grammar and style; ability to write clearly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail; structured, evidence-based judgment using templates, rubrics, and scorecards.
• Reliable execution, time management, and responsiveness in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Writing-intensive fields (copywriting, journalism, editing, education).
• Experience in content moderation, gaming communities, business, and/or digital cultures.
• Interest in AI/ML technologies and their societal impact.

Nice to Have

• CBRNE Expertise: Operational experience identifying and mitigating CBRNE threats, experience with domain-specific safety frameworks, or wet lab experience.
• Cybersecurity: Background in cybersecurity, including pen testing, vulnerability assessment, or ethical hacking.
• Secure Testing Protocols: Familiarity with Data Export Controls or testing on secure, domestic infrastructure.
• Mental Health and Crisis Intervention: Professional experience in therapy, counseling, or suicide prevention.
• Counter-Extremism: Experience in de-radicalization or lived experience with reformed extremism.
• Financial Integrity: Background in fighting financial crime, forensic accounting, or fraud detection.

Commitment

This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt with the potential to extend. The role is onsite and available to candidates local to the Southlake, TX area.
