Responsibilities

  • Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned business requirements following provided guidance.
  • Facilitate software application design discussions and document design decisions to guide the technical team.
  • Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications while maintaining system stability.
  • Conduct code reviews, implement changes to the codebase, and maintain code repositories.
  • Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards.
  • Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth software transitions.
  • Actively resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
  • Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Experience in test consulting and automation.
  • Experience in AI/ML Solution Architecture design to create scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems by selecting optimal models (e.g., LLMs or traditional ML), defining data pipelines, and ensuring seamless integration with existing cloud infrastructure and governance frameworks.
  • Experience in agentic AI engineering workflow orchestration using LangGraph, LangChain, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience building reusable reference implementations, libraries, and playbooks for AI-ML augmented engineering.
  • Experience in prompt engineering, solution architecture and design, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent systems.
  • Experience in Microservices, API-First Design, and Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • Experience in software architecture, engineering transformation, and AI-driven engineering solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain experience.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks.
  • Experience in AI observability and monitoring frameworks.
  • Experience in automated documentation and release management solutions.
  • Experience in engineering governance, standards, and AI-first operating models.
  • Experience in technical consulting and stakeholder management.
  • Experience building test automation reusable frameworks, accelerators, and reference architecture developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
