AI Project Manager – Home Lending Delivery

About the role

The AI Project Manager leads the delivery of AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives across the Home Lending organization. This role operates at the intersection of business, technology delivery, and data/AI innovation, ensuring AI use cases are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and scalable manner.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of initiatives aligned to the Home Lending AI roadmap
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, risk partners, and external vendors to translate AI concepts into production-ready capabilities
• Ensure AI use cases are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and scalable manner
• Translate business needs into structured execution plans
• Present to senior leadership

Requirements

• Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and enterprise governance practices
• Ability to manage dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or data-driven initiatives
• Familiarity with model risk management, compliance, or audit processes
• Experience with centralized intake/prioritization models and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Daptiv)
