AI Program Mgr

About the role

Oversees the AI strategy through innovative prototype development, case study identification, and ROI assessment frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders to define project scopes, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop product concepts and designs to facilitate user needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent AI projects.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Ensure AI projects adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and responsible AI practices.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and impact of AI solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Either:

• Eight years of IT experience working with generative AI, large language models, or enterprise AI applications, with hands‑on experience in AI prototype development tools and rapid iteration methodologies (or equivalent);
• Or a Bachelor’s degree and six years of IT experience working with generative AI, large language models, or enterprise AI applications, with hands‑on experience in AI prototype development tools and rapid iteration methodologies (or equivalent).

Additional Information

Work location: Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas). Remote/telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person Work”. PCS not authorized; LSP not authorized.
