About the role
The AI Strategy, Acceleration & Program Team is seeking an AI Program Manager to support the planning and execution of enterprise AI enablement initiatives. This role blends strategic planning, roadmap development, and hands-on program management to help translate AI priorities into actionable plans, drive cross-functional execution, and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Translate AI strategy and leadership priorities into actionable workstreams, implementation plans, milestones, and success metrics.
- Develop and manage integrated roadmaps that align strategic objectives, dependencies, resource capacity, and key decisions.
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams through project planning, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Facilitate planning sessions, workstream reviews, and leadership meetings to support decision-making and accountability.
- Partner across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal, governance, and external teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Identify risks, constraints, dependencies, and competing priorities, providing recommendations and escalation paths when needed.
- Prepare executive-level status updates, roadmap presentations, briefing materials, and decision documents.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, strategy implementation, consulting, technology delivery, or transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience developing roadmaps and translating high-level objectives into structured, executable plans.
- Experience managing multiple interdependent initiatives and coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, project planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation development.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive progress without direct authority.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, project planning, and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting AI, data, digital transformation, platform, technology governance, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar work management tools.
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Understanding of enterprise AI adoption, governance, and enablement programs.
