AI Product Manager

About the role

Join our dynamic team of AI experts to lead the development and deployment of innovative AI products. As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate product visions into technical specifications
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers
• Drive product launches through effective communication and stakeholder management
• Lead the implementation of machine learning lifecycle processes including model evaluation, A/B testing, and data labeling strategy
• Implement reinforcement learning human-friendly (RLHF) practices to ensure ethical and safe AI development
• Evaluate and optimize product performance using advanced analytics techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field
• Experience with AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and machine learning lifecycle
• Strong understanding of ethical and responsible AI practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proven track record of successfully launching AI products
• Experience with AI product strategy and LLM product strategy
• Knowledge of prompt evaluation and MLOps
• Experience with RLHF and A/B testing
