About the role

MCI is seeking a strategic and customer-focused AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, product management, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and strategic direction for AI initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain AI product roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
  • Align product objectives with business goals.
  • Define product success metrics and KPIs.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and AI teams.
  • Drive product development and release planning.
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
  • Gather customer feedback and business requirements.
  • Present recommendations to leadership stakeholders.
  • Manage competing priorities and expectations.
  • Monitor product effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Analyze product performance and user adoption.
  • Track business outcomes and ROI.
  • Recommend enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure AI products remain competitive, compliant, and responsible.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and market trends.
  • Support governance and compliance initiatives.
  • Promote responsible AI practices.
  • Contribute to AI product strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of product management experience.
  • Experience managing technology, software, or digital products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps and business cases.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with engineering and technical teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience defining and measuring product success metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Nice to Have: Experience with AI, machine learning, or automation products.
  • Nice to Have: Product certifications such as CSPO or PSPO.
  • Nice to Have: Experience working within SaaS environments.
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
  • Nice to Have: MBA or postgraduate business qualification.
  • Nice to Have: Experience managing enterprise technology products.
  • Nice to Have: Exposure to Generative AI initiatives.
