AI Product Manager

About the role

This role will shape the vision and execution of AI-enabled healthcare products that support better decisions, stronger workflows, and meaningful operational outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate clinical and market needs into a clear product strategy and prioritized roadmap. The position calls for someone who can lead products from discovery through launch and optimization while balancing innovation, responsible AI practices, and measurable value in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for AI healthcare products
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive innovation
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from discovery to optimization
• Translate clinical and business requirements into prioritized product initiatives
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver AI solutions
• Evaluate AI models and performance metrics to inform product decisions
• Ensure AI products adhere to responsible AI practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 10 years of product management experience with increasing responsibility
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps from MVP to mature product
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful technology products
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and executive influence skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
