About the Role
DualEntry is seeking a Product Manager to set the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area, own complex technical areas end-to-end, and drive measurable business results. This role is critical in shaping the future of our AI-native ERP system, automating accounting processes, and ensuring finance teams can move faster, spend less, and incur less risk.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area, creating clarity for other PMs and teams to execute against.
- Own complex technical areas end-to-end, including agents, ML, and the LLM-vs-deterministic trade-off.
- Develop workflows for ingesting data from dozens of systems, keeping it synchronized, and creating bi-directional workflows.
- Build an evaluation system that prioritizes reliability and accuracy, ensuring agents post to a real ledger.
- Drive ambiguous, high-impact bets from first principles, from problem framing through launch and iteration.
- Hold the area accountable to measurable business results (retention, activation, expansion), not just shipped features.
- Partner closely with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs spanning multiple teams.
- Improve internal processes, tooling, and operating models to help the team ship faster.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Track record of owning a product area or line and driving measurable business outcomes.
- High agency and strong ownership, with the ability to set direction in ambiguity and drive it without waiting to be told.
- Deep experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered or agentic features to production.
- Clear, direct communication skills to create alignment across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team.
Qualifications
- Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI) and daily use of AI coding/assistant tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor) is a plus.
- Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience is advantageous.
- MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Revenue) is a plus.
- Technical background (CS, engineering) is beneficial.
Benefits
- Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- One Medical membership.
- Mental health support (Talkspace).
- Fertility & family-building support (Kindbody).
- Virtual healthcare (Teladoc Health).
- 401(k) benefits.
- Commuter benefits.
- Learning & development budget for courses, certifications, and language learning.
- Unlimited AI tokens.
- AI skills development & enablement.
- Flexible PTO (27 days, including public holidays).
- Collaborative, in-office culture with no bureaucracy.
- Snacks, drinks, team events, and more.
Pay
- Equity: $70,000 - $80,000
- Base salary: $220,000 - $280,000
