Job Description

The AI Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies for AI-enabled products and services. This role leverages financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking to guide pricing decisions and support business goals. This position will support pricing strategy for AI-enabled solutions, including developing pricing models, analyzing market data, and supporting deal-level pricing decisions to drive profitability and competitive positioning.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience

  • Five to seven years of experience in AI pricing analysis, financial analysis, revenue management, or a related analytical role is required. This includes experience building pricing models, forecasting scenarios, conducting margin analysis, analyzing market trends, and performing value-based pricing analysis.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and product leadership, is also required.
  • Must have experience in ability to price AI/Cloud products

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis, is required.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is also required.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or a STEM field is preferred.
  • Experience applying advanced analytics, automation, or AI-enabled insights to improve pricing processes is preferred.
  • Experience in professional services, technology, AI, or government services pricing environments is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, pricing databases, or other analytics tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or financial systems that support pricing and forecasting is preferred.
  • A Certified Pricing Professional (CPP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is preferred.
