AI Platform Architect Manager

For our client, a leader in the Technical Services space, we are seeking an AI Platform Architect Manager to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI Platform Architects
• Oversee implementation delivery, ensuring high-quality workflows aligned with customer outcomes
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure best practice alignment
• Drive operational excellence, streamlining planning, documentation, and customer collaboration
• Act as an escalation point for complex implementation challenges
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence platform improvements
• Foster learning and innovation within the team, promoting best practices and AI techniques
• Support hiring and onboarding to scale the team effectively

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise software or healthcare tech with 3-5+ years managing technical teams
• Experience in implementation, solution architecture, or systems integration, ideally in AI or low-code environments
• Deep understanding of enterprise software workflow design, preferably in healthcare
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and customer engagements
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation frameworks is a plus
• Knowledge of health system technologies like EHRs, CRMs, or care coordination tools is advantageous

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
