AI Outcome Engineer | Financial Services

About the role

The AI Outcome Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions that drive financial outcomes for clients in the financial services industry. This role requires expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI models to solve complex business problems in financial services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI systems using Python, R, and other relevant tools.
• Perform data analysis to evaluate model performance and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply these to improve existing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI development and/or data science.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and other programming languages used in machine learning.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial services domain and its regulatory requirements is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL.
