AI Ops Lead - Forward Deploy

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a AI Ops Lead - Forward Deploy to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will help shape how AI is applied across internal operations to improve efficiency, consistency, and measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with business leaders and teams to identify high-impact opportunities, define success metrics, and turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions. The position blends operational leadership, experimentation, and change management to ensure new AI-enabled workflows are adopted effectively and deliver real value.

Responsibilities

• Embed with teams to identify where AI can improve business outcomes
• Partner with leaders to define success metrics before building solutions
• Develop and implement AI-powered workflows and tools using existing platforms
• Test and iterate solutions until they yield measurable results
• Manage change to ensure new workflows are adopted effectively, including training and documentation
• Create effective handoffs, ensuring teams are equipped with tools and accountability

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in management consulting, business operations, or product operations with end-to-end ownership of business outcomes
• Hands-on experience with AI technology, including automation and internal tools
• Ability to define KPIs and plans in ambiguous situations and sell them to stakeholders
• Fluency with APIs, low-code/no-code tools, and SQL

Pay

$162,200 – $202,700 annually
