AI Ops Engineer

About the role

Implement artificial intelligence and automation capabilities within IT operations. Improve monitoring, incident response, predictive analytics, and system reliability. Deploy AI-driven monitoring and operational intelligence solutions. Develop automation for incident detection, response, and remediation. Analyze operational data to identify patterns and predict failures. Improve system availability and performance through AI insights.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance and ability to attain DEA suitability
• 12+ years of infrastructure/cloud engineering experience
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in IT operations and cloud environments
• Proficiency with AIOps platforms and strong understanding of machine learning concepts
• Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, and New Relic
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and advanced Python scripting skills
