About the Internship

Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software and tools to enhance automation and improve efficiency in IDC network implementation and operations, including building AI-enabled automation assistants (e.g., LLM-powered runbook execution, chat-driven tooling, and intelligent ticket/work-order automation) with appropriate safety controls and auditability.
  • Analyze network data and create software solutions by applying principles and techniques from computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis, and leverage AI-assisted analysis (e.g., anomaly summarization, incident triage support, log/telemetry interpretation) by integrating LLMs or AI services into data pipelines and operator workflows.
  • Work closely with software development teams to plan, design and iterate network platforms, including designing and iterating AI features such as prompt flows, tool/function-calling integrations, evaluation/guardrail strategies, and feedback loops to continuously improve automation accuracy and operator experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Proficient in at least one back-end programming language, Python/Go/C/C++/Rust among others.
  • Familiar with mainstream SQL and NoSQL database working principles, with database querying and data structure optimization skills.
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs/AI APIs into backend services (e.g., AI-assisted automation endpoints, RAG pipelines, or tool-using agents).
  • Have curiosity, motivation, and a strong thirst for knowledge, and be keen on cutting-edge technologies in industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of network knowledge, like OSI model, TCP/IP, etc.
  • Highly interested in analyzing, troubleshooting and automation related systems.
  • Experience applying AI to these areas (e.g., AI-assisted root cause analysis, incident summarization, automated remediation suggestions, or natural-language interfaces for network/ops tooling).
  • Familiarity with common AI engineering practices such as prompt/version management, LLM observability, offline/online evaluation, and integrating AI assistants into CI/CD or developer productivity workflows.
