AI Native Process Automation Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and optimization of AI-powered workflow automation systems
  • Identify repetitive operational processes and recommend automation opportunities using AI technologies
  • Build and improve automated workflows for scheduling, coordination, reporting, and business operations
  • Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenClaw, and similar automation platforms
  • Auxiliary in prompt engineering, workflow experimentation, and AI workflow optimization activities
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, HR, Clinical, and leadership teams to improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and workflow best practices
  • Analyze workflow performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements
  • Support implementation and testing of AI-enabled business process solutions
  • Create process maps, workflow documentation, SOPs, dashboards, and operational trackers
  • Auxiliary in workflow testing, debugging, deployment, and post-implementation support activities
  • Support automation integration activities using APIs, automation tools, and workflow platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure workflow solutions meet business needs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare technology environment

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization concepts
  • Knowledge of AI-powered workflow tools and automation platforms
  • Experience using tools such as Claude Code, OpenClaw, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in ambiguous environments
  • Good organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and create practical automation solutions
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and operational efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence, healthcare technology, and business operations

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI workflow automation and “vibe coding” platforms
  • Exposure to workflow automation tools and low-code/no-code platforms
  • Familiarity with business process mapping and workflow documentation
  • Understanding of operational analytics and workflow performance metrics
  • Knowledge of automation testing, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Exposure to healthcare operations, healthcare technology, or digital health platforms
  • Understanding of AI-driven business operations and intelligent automation systems
  • Interest in emerging AI technologies and process automation innovations
  • Ability to balance independent execution with collaborative problem-solving approaches
