About the role

As the first AI-Native GTM Engineer at Fancysauce Inc., you will architect the systems powering our revenue engine from scratch. You will build signal-driven outbound machines, automate complex prospecting workflows with AI agents, and own the technical data infrastructure. This is a builder-first role combining engineering rigor with high-growth go-to-market strategy.

What you will do

• Architect the "Pipeline Machine" by designing smart, signal-driven nurture sequences and intent-based outbound engines that generate qualified meetings and high-velocity pipeline.
• Automate manual GTM workflows using APIs, webhooks, and AI agents to replace repetitive account research, CRM hygiene, and post-call follow-up tasks.
• Own end-to-end data integrity by building enrichment waterfalls and sync architectures that ensure our revenue systems remain accurate, deduplicated, and trustworthy.

The ideal candidate

• Has 1-3+ years of experience in a technical GTM, SDR/BDR, or engineering role at a fast-paced startup, with a deep understanding of the modern AI toolchain.
• Possesses a strong engineering background with the ability to write Python, SQL, or JavaScript to solve complex integration problems when no-code tools fall short.
• Thrives in high-ownership, ambiguous environments, operating as a "manager of one" who ships experiments quickly and iterates based on data-driven signals.
