About the Role

We are addressing the emerging productivity divide in small businesses caused by varying levels of AI adoption among employees. The workforce is currently segmented into three groups:

  • AI-Native: Employees who have embraced AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude and integrated them into their daily workflows. They produce more output, solve complex problems faster, and leverage technology in innovative ways.
  • AI-Curious: Employees who recognize the importance of AI but haven’t found their breakthrough use case. They’ve experimented with prompts but need direction, training, or time to learn.
  • AI-Resistant: Employees who are skeptical about AI’s value. They’ve tried basic prompts, received mediocre results, and concluded AI isn’t for them.

The productivity gap between these groups is widening, and for small businesses, this directly impacts the bottom line. We help organizations transform this three-tier workforce into a unified, AI-augmented team through structured AI adoption and change management.

Why This Matters for Small Businesses

  • Small businesses cannot afford to have two-thirds of their workforce falling behind, as every team member’s contribution is critical.
  • Organizations modernizing with AI see 2.5× higher revenue growth and 2.4× greater productivity, with 15-25% reductions in operational costs.
  • In a 15-person company, only 4-5 AI-proficient employees can drive innovation, making universal adoption essential.
  • AI augments rather than replaces jobs: 82% of small businesses using AI increased their workforce over the past year, with over 60% reporting improvements in productivity and job satisfaction.

Our Approach

We treat AI adoption as organizational transformation, not just technology deployment. Our methodology includes:

  • AI Strategy & Assessment: Understanding where your team stands—identifying AI-Natives, uncovering workflows they’ve developed, and addressing barriers for AI-Curious and AI-Resistant employees.
  • Workforce Architecture: Building structured pathways to move employees from curiosity to competence to mastery. This includes identifying high-value use cases, creating guardrails for safe experimentation, and scaling successful patterns across the team.
  • Change Management That Sticks: Organizations investing in change management are 1.6 times more likely to report AI initiatives exceeding expectations. We focus on shifting mindsets, building trust, and demonstrating tangible value quickly.
  • Agentic Teams Architecture: Deploying specialized AI agents to work alongside your human workforce 24/7/365, handling repetitive cognitive tasks so your team can focus on high-value work.

What Success Looks Like

  • Teams unlock 10-15 hours per week per employee, redirecting capacity toward growth and innovation.
  • AI-Resistant employees become AI-Curious, and AI-Curious employees become AI-Natives.
  • AI-Natives evolve into force multipliers who mentor the rest of the team.
