AI/ML Solutions Engineer

About the role

Artmac Soft is a technology consulting and service-oriented IT company that provides innovative technology solutions and services to customers. This is a W2/C2C position requiring 8+ years of experience, located in Prosper, Texas.

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, solutions engineering, or related fields.
• Strong experience with AI/ML application development.
• Experience working with LLM APIs and Generative AI services.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience developing backend services and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Python, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Design and develop production-ready AI/ML applications and services.
• Build AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI/ML technologies.
• Integrate LLM and AI services using LLM APIs and REST APIs.
• Develop RAG-based applications using LLMs, embeddings, retrieval systems, and vector databases.
• Build backend services and microservices that support AI applications.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, CRM, ERP, and other business applications.
• Develop APIs and integration services using REST, JSON, and related technologies.
• Deploy AI/ML applications across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them using Kubernetes.
• Develop monitoring, logging, testing, and troubleshooting processes for production AI systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
