Responsibilities
- Lead the development of end-to-end AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Work with clients to design AI that is innovative to drive optimal results, put transparent controls in place, and champion user adoption.
- Devise strategies and solutions to support client needs through the use of the latest tools and methods.
- Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and deliver quality products.
- Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
- Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with hands-on development of AI solutions.
- Experience with cloud services and infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science or related field).
- Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence technology.
- Professional Certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages for AI development such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
- Experience with security and privacy controls when developing AI-enabled prototypes.
- Experience with cloud platform security features and executing security-related tasks.
- Experience in identifying and addressing security or privacy considerations during development.
- Experience in establishing best practices in AI governance principles.
- Experience in fostering innovation by identifying new AI technologies or methodologies.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments in AI and machine learning.

Pay
$149,000.00 - $239,000.00
Schedule
Hybrid workplace model with a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors.
