AI/ML Principal Platform Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise AI/ML platforms in Azure.
- Build and optimize MLOps processes for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Create governance, security, and compliance frameworks for AI solutions.
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to scale AI adoption.
- Define future‑state architecture for emerging AI technologies, including agentic AI.
Required Experience
- Experience in AI/ML platform engineering, MLOps, cloud architecture, or DevOps.
- Proven track record building and scaling enterprise AI or machine‑learning platforms.
- Strong Azure experience, including Azure AI and machine‑learning services.
- Expertise with Kubernetes and containerization.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, Git, infrastructure automation, and DevOps best practices.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/onsite schedule in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Job Type & Location
This is a contract‑to‑hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. The role requires a hybrid/onsite work schedule.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $65.00 – $72.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent factors.
