About the role
This position is part of a team focused on developing and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production-grade autonomous agents.
- Implement RAG architectures using vector databases.
- Integrate LLMs via APIs, including OpenAI and Hugging Face.
- Extend the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to secure and standardize access to data sources.
- Implement AI guardrails, content filtering, and safety controls.
- Optimize LLM cost, token usage, and performance.
- Work on multi-agent or autonomous agent workflows.
- Handle data privacy and sensitive data (PII/PHI).
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade autonomous agents.
- Strong experience in context engineering.
- Deep experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures using vector databases.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure AI).
- Experience integrating LLMs via APIs.
- Knowledge of AI governance, model lifecycle management, and evaluation.
- Experience implementing and extending the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Understanding of data privacy and handling of sensitive data (PII/PHI).
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science.
Skills
- Python programming skills.
- Experience with AI/ML libraries such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Azure AI.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
- Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with LLMs and their integration via APIs.
- Experience with AI governance, model lifecycle management, and evaluation.
- Experience with data privacy and handling of sensitive data (PII/PHI).
