AI/ML Engineer- USA | Remote

About the Role

United Software Group Inc is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer to provide advanced expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Databases. This role is well suited to an AI/ML professional with experience developing advanced AI solutions and familiarity with recommendation systems. Experience with claims processing or metadata extraction projects is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Apply Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to AI/ML solutions.
• Design and work with Agentic AI approaches.
• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Work with Vector Databases (Vector DBs) for AI/ML applications.
• Apply knowledge of recommendation systems, including news recommendation systems.
• Contribute AI/ML expertise to projects involving claims processing or metadata extraction where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
• Strong experience with Generative AI (GenAI).
• Experience with Agentic AI.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience working with Vector Databases (Vector DBs).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with news recommendation systems.
• Experience with claims processing projects.
• Experience with metadata extraction projects.
