About The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Architect / Principal in AI and Machine Learning to join our dynamic team. As an AI/ML Architect, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision and architecture for scalable AI solutions that span multiple domains. Your expertise will guide the development and deployment of advanced AI systems, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and MCP systems. You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, leading solution design discussions, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and ethical standards. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Ph.D. is highly desirable
• 15+ years of industry experience in IT services with a strong background in machine learning, data science, and AI
• Proven track record of delivering impactful AI projects
• Deep understanding of AI architecture patterns such as RAG, Agent AI, and MCP-based systems
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries including scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning
• Experience designing enterprise AI systems with MLOps frameworks like MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker Pipelines
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Model Risk Management, and compliance standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinking and a passion for innovation

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive architecture for AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and MCP systems, including data pipelines, model training/inference, and MLOps
• Act as a strategic consultant to clients, leading solution design discussions and presenting AI/ML architectures
• Architect scalable, cloud-native AI solutions utilizing platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI
• Lead the integration of Generative AI components and features into enterprise applications using APIs and open-source models
• Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
• Guide teams on implementing MLOps frameworks for CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and benchmark AI tools and platforms
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI, ML, Gen AI, and Agentic AI, recommending adoption strategies
• Mentor and guide technical teams, including solution architects and AI/ML engineers
• Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias detection, interpretability, and governance
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, workshops, and events
• Collaborate across functions to identify opportunities for applying machine learning to solve business challenges
