AI/ML Engineer

About the role

3-month contract (could be extended for 6 months before conversion) for a remote AI/ML Engineer. Location is flexible, but candidates in Minnesota are preferred. Requires EAD, Green Card, or U.S. citizenship.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of strong software engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Modern software engineering practices.
• AI Software Engineer focus: successful track record building and deploying AI-powered applications and business solutions (not model training, data analysis, or academic AI/ML work).

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, AI agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integrations.
• Design scalable solutions and take applications from concept to production.
• Apply cloud architecture, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, security, and operational support.
