About The Role

We're seeking an AI/ML Engineer to build machine learning solutions that power Aurius automations. You'll design models, train systems, and deploy AI features that make workflows smarter.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML models for workflow optimization.
• Analyze datasets to uncover insights and train accurate models.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AI features.
• Research new ML techniques to improve product capabilities.
• Monitor and fine-tune deployed models for performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with data pipelines and model deployment.
• Familiarity with NLP, recommendation systems, or workflow AI.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
