AI/ML Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects, web development, and data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python and Django development, cloud services, and modern AI technologies including Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services
• Build robust web applications using Django framework
• Develop RESTful APIs and web services for various applications
• Build and optimize SQL databases and queries for data processing and analytics
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Develop and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for various business use cases
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enhanced AI capabilities
• Develop and integrate complex AI-powered applications using LangChain framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent projects
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack
• Stay updated with latest developments in AI/ML and cloud technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• Programming: 4+ years of professional Python development experience
• Web Framework: Strong experience with Django for web application development
• Database: Strong SQL skills with experience in database design and optimization
• Cloud Platform: Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture
• AI/ML: Experience working with Large Language Models and AI integration
• Framworks: Proficiency with LangChain or similar AI development frameworks
• RAG Systems: Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions
• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases and embedding models
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
• Background in machine learning model deployment and monitoring
• Experience with API development and integration
